About the opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected, community-managed not-for-profit service with exceptional educator conditions and a stable, welcoming team. Two Diploma Educators are being recruited to strengthen staffing, meaning more support in rooms and the time and space to deliver quality practice properly in the toddler age group.

About the role

  • Support and extend children's learning through intentional teaching and play
  • Contribute to documentation and planning aligned with the EYLF and NQS
  • Build strong partnerships with families
  • Work collaboratively within a cohesive, supportive team
  • Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement

About you

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogy
  • At least 18 months of experience working in a long day care environment
  • High-quality documentation and planning skills
  • Warm, collaborative and professional approach
  • Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
