About the role

As an Educational Leader, you will work with and support our team of passionate Educators. With your ability to inspire, motivate, and instil passion for our sector, you will aim to deliver the highest possible care, education, training, and mentoring to our teams and their families. You will model creativity and innovation, motivating and leading the team to create a positive and enjoyable working space. 

In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs, working collaboratively while providing confident support and motivation to your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children and team members. There is a significant portion of the week rostered to work on the floor with the team and an equally significant non-contact time.

What you bring

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education (ideally) or at a minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Several years of teaching in a similar environment
  • Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Commitment to creating safe and engaging learning environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with families
