About the opportunity
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead the approved kindergarten program and deliver play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and prepare children for school transition. You will collaborate with your colleagues, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
This role focuses on supporting the vital developmental milestones of 4-5-year-olds, including early literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, self-regulation, and resilience. Your curriculum will bridge kindergarten and school readiness, ensuring children enter formal schooling confident, curious and capable.
What you bring
- A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Ideally, 12+ months of experience in an Early Childhood Teacher role in Australia with the 3-6 age group
- Confidence in leading educational programs, engaging families, and mentoring colleagues
- Availability for full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility across rosters
