Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – OPI/VRI (US Time Zone)

Future Group is a global leader in translation and localisation services, operating across North & Latin America, Asia, Europe, and MEA since 1994. We are expanding our talent acquisition function and looking for a proactive, service-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – OPI/VRI to recruit qualified interpreters and language professionals for remote OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles covering US time zones.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on hiring for OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while meeting hiring targets within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for OPI/VRI roles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases)
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate language proficiency, communication skills, and role fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, including assessments and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Meet weekly hiring targets and deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring
  • Experience hiring for OPI/VRI or similar roles is a strong advantage
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
