Future Group is a global leader in translation and localisation services, operating across North & Latin America, Asia, Europe, and MEA since 1994. We are expanding our talent acquisition function and looking for a proactive, service-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – OPI/VRI to recruit qualified interpreters and language professionals for remote OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles covering US time zones.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on hiring for OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while meeting hiring targets within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for OPI/VRI roles
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases)
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate language proficiency, communication skills, and role fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, including assessments and follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Meet weekly hiring targets and deadlines
- Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring
- Experience hiring for OPI/VRI or similar roles is a strong advantage
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
