We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Brand Manager for one of our clients who is a leading Manufacturing and Distribution Company in the Middle East to lead brand strategy development and execution across our key markets. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement regional brand strategies aligned with overall commercial and marketing goals.

Lead long-term brand planning, positioning, and messaging to strengthen brand equity across markets.
Market & Competitive Analysis

Conduct consumer insights research and competitive landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Campaign & Activation Leadership

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, traditional), ensuring consistency and relevance across channels.

Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver creative and effective brand initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with commercial, sales, category, and trade teams to ensure brand plans translate into measurable business outcomes.

Support regional launches, events, and promotions.
Regional Market Adaptation

Adapt global brand guidelines for local cultural and market contexts while maintaining brand integrity.

Ensure consistency of brand communication across GCC and MENA markets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, retail, toys, or consumer lifestyle categories
Strong analytical thinking and ability to transform insights into actions
Experience managing multi-market brand plans and cross-border campaigns
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with frequent regional travel across key markets
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
