Our client, a leading player in the industrial manufacturing sector located in Obour City, is seeking a highly technical and leadership-oriented Production Engineer specializing in Aluminum Tubes. This role is critical for driving operational efficiency, managing large-scale production teams, and maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Team Management

  • Team Oversight: Manage machine supervisors and production teams while allocating tasks and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between Quality, IPC, Warehouse, Maintenance, and HR to facilitate smooth daily operations.

  • Training & Mentorship: Partner with the Production Manager to plan and organize comprehensive team training sessions.

Production Strategy & Optimization

  • Efficiency Mapping: Develop and improve manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and detailed cost analyses.

  • Planning & Scheduling: Plan production sequences and review manufacturing procedures, orders, and schedules.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Apply statistical and analytical methods to establish production standards and determine staffing needs.

Quality & Delivery

  • KPI Management: Drive improvements in productivity and cost efficiency while reducing downtime and meeting quality objectives.

  • Strategic Compliance: Ensure the on-time delivery of final products according to the production plan.

  • Design Impact: Estimate production costs and assess the impact of design changes on the manufacturing process.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.

  • Industry Expertise: 5–10+ years of experience specifically within the aluminum tubes industry.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in aluminum tubes production and hands-on knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation.

  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with suppliers for production line accessories.

Working Conditions & Logistics

  • Location: Based in Obour City.

  • Commuter Note: Candidates should preferably reside near Obour; please note that transportation is not provided to Tagamoa, Nasr City, or Giza.
