About the Opportunity: HR Business Partner Supervisor
Your mission as an HR Business Partner (Supervisor) will be to align people strategies with organizational objectives. You'll act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and frameworks are effectively implemented while driving engagement, development, and performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy, Policy Implementation & People Engagement
- Partner with management to advise on HR policy and support its implementation across departments.
- Contribute to developing and applying HR frameworks, tools, and processes in alignment with company goals.
- Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Lead the resolution of complex employee relations cases and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee talent management activities, including staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Plan and forecast employment needs, ensuring effective resource allocation and succession planning.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Support organization structure updates, job evaluations, and job description reviews.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and accountability.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: HR Expertise & Business Partnership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing complexity with sound judgment.
- Fluent in English.
