Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our commercial team. This role is instrumental in identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized solutions in the construction and project sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in the B2B space, and be eager to contribute to a growing sales pipeline through strategic engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Represent the company and its offerings with in-depth product knowledge and confidence.
  • Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities in the construction and project sectors.
  • Adjust and tailor sales techniques based on client interactions and market responses.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and consultants.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle.
    • Respond to client needs with timely and customized technical and commercial proposals.

    Market Research & Business Development

    • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to penetrate designated markets and expand business reach.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.

    Operational Sales Activities

    • Ensure consistency in client visits, follow-up calls, and sales documentation.
    • Prepare and deliver professional quotations, presentations, and pricing proposals.
    • Track sales metrics to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual quotas.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience: 13 years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to outdoor sales and construction sites.
    • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of project sales in the construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
    • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
