Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our commercial team. This role is instrumental in identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized solutions in the construction and project sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in the B2B space, and be eager to contribute to a growing sales pipeline through strategic engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Engagement
- Represent the company and its offerings with in-depth product knowledge and confidence.
- Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities in the construction and project sectors.
- Adjust and tailor sales techniques based on client interactions and market responses.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Respond to client needs with timely and customized technical and commercial proposals.
Market Research & Business Development
- Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate designated markets and expand business reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
Operational Sales Activities
- Ensure consistency in client visits, follow-up calls, and sales documentation.
- Prepare and deliver professional quotations, presentations, and pricing proposals.
- Track sales metrics to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual quotas.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to outdoor sales and construction sites.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of project sales in the construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
