Role Overview
The General Manager will play a critical leadership role across revenue growth, product development, operations, and company scaling initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in small, startup-like environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges hands-on, and has proven experience scaling SaaS businesses. The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, influence company strategy, and potentially grow into a future CEO position.

Revenue & Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across B2C SaaS and self-serve B2B products
  • Lead growth initiatives related to:

    1. Product-Led Growth (PLG)
    2. Marketing-Led Growth
    3. Customer Acquisition
    4. Retention & Monetization
  • Optimize and scale growth channels, including:

    1. Affiliate Marketing
    2. Communities
    3. Organic Acquisition
    4. Product Conversion Funnels
  • Partner closely with Product and System Operations teams to enhance user experience and improve growth metrics
  • Analyze product and business performance data to identify new growth opportunities and improve decision-making

Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee company operations, workflows, automations, and scaling initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with technical leadership and engineering teams
  • Support operational excellence across departments
  • Help build scalable systems and internal processes to support company growth
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution alongside the CEO
  • Support hiring and team expansion initiatives as growth targets are achieved

Required Experience
  • Experience in B2C SaaS (preferred) or B2B SaaS with strong Product-Led Growth (PLG)
  • Experience with self-serve subscription-based products
  • Strong understanding of PLG environments where users sign up, test via free trials, and purchase independently
  • Experience scaling startups or autonomous business units

Scaling Experience

  • Scaled teams from approximately 10–20 to 30–40+ employees
  • Supported ARR growth.

Technical & Leadership Fit

  • Comfortable working closely with engineering and technical teams
  • Strong communication with technical stakeholders and customers
  • Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset
  • Comfortable in lean, fast-paced startup environments
