We are a Medico - Marketing and Advertising Company specializing in strategic communication and creative solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector. As part of our growth in the Gulf Region, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers in the Gulf region.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategic presentations aligned with client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that support business growth.
- Achieve lead generation targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical or pharmaceutical background (education or professional experience is essential).
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharma or healthcare industry (3 to 5 years maximum), with a strong network and understanding of the Gulf market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
