Key Responsibilities in Account Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and trust.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, design, web development) to deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and proactively suggest optimizations.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve challenges, and ensure service excellence.
  • Support the Marketing Director in account planning, strategy, and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 23 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, social media, content, web development basics).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and campaign briefs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing/CRM/project management tools is a plus.
