About the Role
We are looking for a Researcher Team Leader to manage research activities, track market updates, and ensure accurate information is added to our project database. You will lead and guide a team of researchers while providing valuable insights that support the company's goals.
What You'll Do

Data & Project Updates: Keep our project database accurate and up to date.

Market Tracking: Stay on top of news, policies, and trends in the GCC construction industry.

Research: Collect information about new projects from calls, emails, online sources, and reports, then add it to our database. Support client requests with relevant research.

Team Support: Work with other departments to provide useful insights that help decision-making.

Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide junior researchers. Check their work for accuracy and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
What Were Looking For

Bachelors or Masters degree (Business, Engineering, Literature, or related field preferred).

At least 5 years experience in research, market analysis, or competitive intelligence (ideally in the GCC construction sector).

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
