About the Opportunity: Plating Process Engineer

As a Plating Process Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining electroplating and electrophoretic coating processes. You'll ensure production efficiency, cost reduction, and adherence to quality standards while supporting innovation in one of Egypt's leading industrial manufacturers in the security solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities: Process Development, Quality Optimization & Engineering Support

• Develop and implement electroplating and electrophoretic coating processes.
• Manage process resources effectively to achieve high productivity and cost efficiency.
• Suggest equipment modifications and improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Propose product and process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.
• Participate in monthly production planning and recommend process adjustments as needed.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure occupational safety, health, and environmental standards are met across all operations.
• Research and apply new manufacturing technologies to enhance process performance.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Process Control & Technical Proficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) or in Production/Chemical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in electroplating, surface treatment, or a related industrial field.
• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Skilled in data analysis and process optimization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
