We are recruiting a CRM Manager to join a project focused on the implementation and management of Customer Relationship Management systems, within a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of the CRM system.
• Ensure the daily management and operation of the platform.
• Foster effective communication across different business areas.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the system and best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Solid experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus).
• Proven track record in CRM rollout projects and user adoption management.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent digital and communication skills.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors is valued.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
