CRM & Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage CRM systems (mainly GoHighLevel)

• Build simple automations, workflows, tags, and pipelines

• Create email & SMS follow-up sequences

• Set up calendars, forms, and booking systems

• Maintain and improve existing automated processes

• Troubleshoot CRM issues when needed

• Support with integrating tools (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, email, WhatsApp)

What Were Looking For

• Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs

• Good understanding of automations and workflow setup

• Able to spot problems and improve systems

• Tech-savvy, organised, and proactive

• Good communication and able to work independently

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with other CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, etc.)

• Zapier or automation tool experience

• Basic landing page/funnel building skills

Pay & Growth

• Starting monthly pay based on experience

• Increases available based on performance, quality of work, and reliability
