Description

"Biotec Klute" is searching for a IT-Administrator.

• Must have 2+ yrs of experience in IT administration
• Must have experience with Microsoft products (Windows Server and Exchange Server.)
• Must be able to work hybridly in Paderborn, Germany
• Must speak German on at least C1 level and English on B2 level

• You have successfully completed an IT-orientated apprenticeship, e.g. as an IT specialist or IT systems electronics technician
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Server and Exchange Server.)
• You have at least one year of experience in administration
• You have already gained initial experience in the operation of database systems
• You have a strong technical understanding and good knowledge of IT infrastructure topics
• You are confident in working with Microsoft Office products
• You enjoy and are interested in using new technologies and have a high willingness to learn
  
  Optional:
• You are familiar with the ERP systems SAP B1 and Xentral
• You can program SQL reports and thus support the controlling team

Responsibilities

• Actively driving forward the topic of "digitalisation"
• Rationalisation and automation of IT processes
• User support/1st level support, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, installation, (remote) maintenance and support of operating systems (Windows and Mac), databases (SQL), networks, telephony
• Collaboration with external partners
