A multi-state law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney licensed in Georgia. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to join a team with deep expertise in representing lenders and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy matters.

Position Overview
The Bankruptcy Attorney will represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, manage a diverse caseload, and provide strategic guidance while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, including court appearances
- Prepare motions, objections, claims, and orders
- Handle mortgage mediation matters in bankruptcy cases
- Manage case load to meet client expectations and timelines
- Address escalated and time-sensitive matters as needed
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to maintain smooth workflows and quality control
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia (in good standing)
- Admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts in Georgia
- 2-10 years of bankruptcy experience (preferably representing lenders and creditors)
- Strong understanding of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy procedures and laws
- Familiarity with court procedures and practices
- Proficiency with numbers and basic accounting
