Summary
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an external partner for a Group Administration Manager to work closely in an executive and operational support capacity. You will perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned by the executives and senior leadership of the business. The role is based in person out of the Vancouver office, with daily check-ins with your supervisors.
This position presents a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an intrinsically motivated individual who is driven to support senior executives, advance key business objectives, and consistently create value wherever possible.
Your role will include:
- Leading communications triage and coordination
- Supervision and tasking of the Personal Assistant
- Regular reporting and updates with the principal and leadership
- Administrative and day-to-day support to the principal and the portfolio companies
- Prepare documents for the principal especially prior to upcoming meetings with new clients
- Manage travel arrangements for the principal
- Performing duties across the organization as required to meet the overall business objectives
- Taking on projects from various managers for the business overall
- Participating in client meetings
- Completing high priority client tasks
- Completing ad-hoc executive tasks
- Managing executive schedules and conflicts
- Drafting emails on behalf of executives

Salary and Benefits
- 100,000 - $115,000 base salary, with potential bonus and profit-sharing available based on individual performance
