Role Overview
The Program Manager leads Family Legacy's Professional Trades Innovation program, which equips students with practical, marketable skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance. The role provides strategic leadership, staff oversight, and partnership development to ensure high-quality trades education integrated with mentorship and discipleship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement trades training and career pathways across Legacy Academies.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Trades program staff.

Provide students with career guidance, entrepreneurship opportunities, and spiritual mentorship.

Build and maintain partnerships with industry, training bodies, and vendors.

Monitor program outcomes and ensure alignment with Family Legacy's mission and strategy.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a trades-related field.

Valid Teaching Council of Zambia certification.

TEVETA Trades Instructor certification (required).

Minimum 3 years experience in trades education, skills training, or program management.

Strong leadership, partnership-building, and communication skills.

Committed Christian with a passion for discipling youth.
Level of Contact with Children
High Level: Regular and direct interaction with children and youth.
