REMOTE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Supporting U.S. Home Care Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate caregiver schedules
• Fill open shifts
• Manage call-offs & coverage
• Communicate with clients & caregivers
• Handle calls, texts & emails
• Update scheduling information
• Support daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced English
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent organization
• Ability to multitask
• Reliable internet & computer
• Available for evening shifts

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Scheduling experience
• U.S. customer service experience
• Healthcare/Home Care experience
• CRM or scheduling software
• WellSky experience is a plus

Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Nicaragua Time

Additional hours may be available
