Position: Working Supervisor
Location: Lincoln (and Surrounding Area)

Salary: £13 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Supervisor to join our team at Farm Linc. The successful applicant to oversee other team members as well as working as part of the team.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for efficiency and improvement are key qualities required for the role.
• Good planning, communication and organisational skills, reliability, dedication and a keenness to “get the job done” are also very important
• Full UK driving licence is essential ideally with B+E entitlement.
• Tractor driving experience, industrial counterbalance forklift, telehandler, cherry picker, PA1, PA2, PA6 spraying and chainsaw certificates would all be an advantage but not essential.

Farm Linc offers a range of services, mainly into agriculture to include (but not limited to):

• Fencing – supply and erect of agricultural, equine, domestic and industrial fencing
• Hedge and tree planting – supply and plant of native hedgerows and woodlands
• Potato box repairs – on site repair and alteration of wooden potato and vegetable boxes
• Grain store cleaning – thorough cleaning of agricultural grain stores, holding bins and potato stores
