About Us:

Farm Linc has been a supplier of agricultural contract services since 2009. Due to additional workload, we are now looking for additional labourers to join our busy teams:

• We can provide FREE, lifts daily, pick up from Lincoln & surrounding area
• Ideally 2-3 of the team will be experienced drivers – this may come with a higher rate of pay
• We will also be looking for an experienced candidate to take on a Supervisory role – this will be reflected in pay.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be involved in hedge and tree planting, the repair and re-branding of wooden potato boxes and possibly cleaning of agricultural grain storage buildings across Lincolnshire and surrounding area. The role involves working outdoors in ALL WEATHERS and requires physical fitness, with a strong CAN DO attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Operating Machinery and Power Tools
• Ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard
• Adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and keen eye for detail
• Experience of forklift driving (with training certificate) is desirable but not essential
• Experience of paint spraying or similar would be an advantage
• Driving and towing experience (trailer) is desirable but not essential
• Positive approach to problem solving with good communication skills
• First aid qualification desirable
