We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician with 23 years of hands-on experience in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment within the hotel. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, generators, transformers, and control systems.

Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel services.

Troubleshoot electrical faults and conduct corrective repairs in a timely and safe manner.

Maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules and service records for all electrical systems.

Monitor and maintain backup power systems (generators, UPS) to ensure readiness in case of power failure.

Work closely with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen) to address any electrical concerns.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety codes, standards, and hotel policies.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as needed.

Support other maintenance staff in general engineering tasks as required.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
