Job Description:
Job Purpose / Role Summary:
The Business Centre / Innovation Hub Assistant plays a key front-of-house role, ensuring smooth operations of meeting rooms, auditorium, and event spaces while delivering exceptional hospitality and service experiences to tenants and guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Centre & Innovation Hub, including meeting rooms, auditorium, and events, with high hospitality standards.

Coordinate IT, audio-visual requirements, seating arrangements, and F&B services, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Support tenants and guests with IT connectivity, personalized service, and event assistance.

Inspect and ensure cleaning, maintenance, and presentation standards are maintained.

Plan, coordinate, and manage large events and gatherings, attending beyond regular hours when required.

Maintain professional and courteous front-of-house interaction with all tenants, guests, and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Hospitality, Business Centre, or Event Management, with strong front-of-house exposure.

Relevant Degree or professional accreditation in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.

Excellent presentation, grooming, and customer-facing professionalism.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer management skills.

Technical competency in audio-visual systems and IT setup during events.

Knowledge of Property / Facility Management is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills Required:

Fluent English (verbal & written).

Excellent telecommunication, guest service, and interpersonal skills.

Strong audio-visual technical competence and problem-solving ability.

Logical thinking and decision-making skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas & calculations), proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
