HR Executive
Job Description:
FARNEK, a leading facilities management company in the UAE, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role will involve handling employee relations, HR documentation, compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR team and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of daily HR operations including employee records, HR documentation, and data management.
Handle employee relations matters, acting as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns.
Prepare and process HR correspondence, Separation , Exit Process.
Maintain and update the HR database/HRIS with accurate employee information.
Coordinate with the PRO team for visa, medical, and other government-related processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
Prepare HR reports and trackers for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu will be an added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
