HR Executive

 Job Description:

Job Summary:

The HR Admin will support the Human Resources department in managing end-to-end HR functions including white-collar recruitment, employee onboarding, induction, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management from hiring to exit. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing (White Collar):

  • Source candidates for white-collar roles through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

  • Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients where required.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

  • Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinate the offer acceptance process.

Onboarding & Induction:

  • Manage onboarding process including document collection, verification, and HR system updates.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth joining formalities.

  • Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.

  • Ensure completion of employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR records in compliance with UAE regulations.

  • Prepare HR letters such as employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and confirmation letters.

  • Maintain HR trackers for employees, visas, and documentation.

  • Support HR reporting and maintain accurate HR database.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to exit.

  • Coordinate probation confirmations and employee record updates.

  • Support employee relations and respond to HR queries.

  • Handle employee resignation process including documentation, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during employee separation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in recruitment and HR administration.

  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR processes.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
