Job Overview

Farnek is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, managing the sales pipeline, preparing commercial proposals, and contributing to the achievement of the company's revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target market sectors.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with operational and support teams to develop client-focused solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure new business and renewals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience within Facilities Management, Integrated Services, Hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
  • Experience in tender management, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
