About the job Technician - Kitchen Equipment

  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repairs of Kitchen Equipment of all types e.g. bain maries, boilers, cookers, deep freezers, ice machines, ovens, dishwashers, etc.
  2. Carry out periodic inspections, installation of new equipment and setup of wiring controls, change equipment parts
  3. Ability to operate handheld PDA to open and close work orders
  4. Basic English speaking, writing skills
  5. Familiar with local kitchen equipment regulations
  6. Strong customer focus/perspective and relationship skills
