 Job Description:

Role Profile: Assistant Security Manager

Job Purpose

  • Support the Associate Director of Security in achieving departmental goals.

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.

  • Manage team discipline, performance appraisals, and HSE responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Conduct random site inspections (day/night) to ensure performance and compliance.

  2. Motivate, discipline, and communicate regularly with team members.

  3. Investigate incidents and report to SIRA/ASSD.

  4. Manage administrative dutiesleave planning, appraisals, and reporting.

  5. Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up and collections.

  6. Handle client communication and complaints within 24 hours.

  7. Oversee vehicle and property use by staff.

  8. Coordinate SIRA/PSBD licensing and training.

  9. Manage deployment, relievers, and replacements.

  10. Conduct customer meetings, ensure KPIs and satisfaction.

  11. Oversee HSE compliance, report incidents within 12 hours.

  12. Ensure site resources (water, shade, toilets) and accommodation standards.

Detailed Responsibilities

A. Operations Management

  • Plan monthly schedules, appraisals, and supervisor visits.

  • Conduct audits, site surveys, and risk assessments.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in deployment and staff welfare.

B. Customer Management

  • Schedule regular meetings and ensure zero absenteeism and high satisfaction.

  • Seek opportunities for organic growth.

C. Administration

  • Standardize and deliver monthly reports.

  • Oversee invoice documentation and submission.

D. Training

  • Ensure compliance with SIRA licensing.

  • Manage in-house, on-site, and digital training (via Farnek Buddy).

E. Department Monthly Report

  • Summarize activities, challenges, and achievements monthly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar role
