CAFM Operator

 Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CAFM Operator to manage, update, and oversee data within our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate input, reporting, and tracking of maintenance activities, assets, and space data to support smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the CAFM system (e.g., IBM Maximo, Archibus, Planon, Concept Evolution, etc.).

  • Input, update, and maintain data for:

    • Work orders (reactive & preventive maintenance)

    • Asset registers

    • Space and occupancy data

    • Vendor and contractor details

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (KPI/SLA reports, asset performance, PPM schedules, etc.).

  • Assign and dispatch work orders to relevant technicians or contractors.

  • Monitor status of work orders and follow up on completion and closing.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities in the system.

  • Support facility team in analyzing trends and performance data.

  • Assist in audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate CAFM reports and records.

  • Train new staff and technicians on how to use the CAFM interface where necessary.

  • Liaise with IT or software vendors for troubleshooting and updates.


Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in a similar CAFM role.

Skills:

  • Proficient in one or more CAFM platforms (Concept Evolution, Archibus, Maximo, etc.).

  • Strong MS Excel and data management skills.

  • Basic understanding of MEP systems and facility operations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
