HR Onboarding Specialist

 Job Description:

FARNEK, a leading facilities management company in the UAE, is looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and mobilization of blue-collar staff. The role ensures that new employees are smoothly integrated into the company and deployed to sites on time, while complying with UAE labor laws and FARNEKs standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for blue-collar employees, including documentation, visa/medical coordination, contract issuance, Payroll and deployment.

Conduct induction and orientation sessions covering company policies, health & safety guidelines, and job expectations.

Liaise with recruitment, PRO, and operations teams to ensure timely staff mobilization to project sites.

Maintain accurate employee records on HR systems and ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company procedures.

Prepare and share onboarding reports and trackers with HR management.

Act as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Support continuous improvement of onboarding and mobilization processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing for blue-collar workforce is an advantage.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or other regional languages is an advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
