To coordinate, plan, allocate, and monitor the activities of general helpers and civil works tradesmen during a designated shift. Ensure preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with Dubai Airports' safety and quality policies and procedures. Oversee and supervise contractor works to maintain adherence to internal and external safety and quality standards.

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in pavement infrastructure or similar environment within a large-scale operation
Background in pavement/roadworks, inspections, supervision, maintenance, and materials knowledge

Key Skills:
Excellent team leadership, staff planning, and site safety monitoring abilities
Advanced English communication (oral & written) with staff, stakeholders, and customers
Ability to create complex technical reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Proficiency in completing
PMS fault report sheets
Daily/weekly/monthly utilization reports
CMMS work orders

Safety Compliance:
Adherence to all technical safety requirements including:
Workplace hazard control
Risk assessment (method statements/job safety analysis)
Legal compliance
Accident prevention
PPE management
COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
Confined space protocols
Hot work permit awareness
Issue, receipt and operation of permit to work systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Certificate
Industrial Training Institute Diploma in Engineering Civil (3-year duration) or equivalent
Safety Certificate or equivalent
Current valid UAE driving license
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in English communication
