Heavy Vehicle Driver
Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to perform assistance to the operation team by transporting staff / material within the city and externally as when required.
Transport employees / guests / material/ documents to and from assigned destinations using property vehicle.
Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip.
Park vehicle in designated location when not in use.
Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary.
Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.
Taking care of other drivers tasks in the event of sickness or holiday leave or as directed by the supervisor or logistics management
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certification
Conform to all safety requirements within the area of work at all times, to
ensure the health safety and welfare of self and others at work
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 16 KGs without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance.
Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Education/Qualification
High School Diploma
Ability to communicate in English
Experience (experience required for the job)
2 years as a driver preferably for a Facilities management company
Can drive the following vehicles
Bus Med and Large 15 up to 80 seaters.
Pick Up 3 Ton.
All other heavy vehicles as specified by RTA.
