Key Accounts Officer

 Job Description:


  • Serve as a primary contact point for ES customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Support the Senior Manager in all functions related to Partnership, Passes & ECM.
    • Maintain high standards in stakeholder management, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate and follow up on internal and external service requests.
    • Ensure efficient processing and documentation for passes, partnerships, and related ECM tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to key accounts.
    • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth execution of service-level agreements.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
