Job Description:
1. Administration  Maintain a necessary documentation system for effective storage and retrieval of information  Collate timesheets for H&G department  Prepare and send proposals to customers following Facilities Managers approval  Provide all necessary office support to the H&G Commercial team  Ensure all new joiners go through a thorough departmental orientation  Coordinate between H&G and other departments within the organization 2. External communication  Answer all phone calls and queries relating to the H&G Commercial team  Resolve issues where appropriate or direct them to the relevant person 3. Development  Manage all coordination and arrange for development trainings for department  Prepare log for departmental milestones and tasks 4. Petty Cash  Control all documentation pertaining to petty cash, ensuring that all withdrawals are accounted for  Maintain petty cash levels ensuring levels do not fall below minimum set

Education/Qualification 
High School Diploma
Eexperience 1+ years of experience in a similar role
