Civil Multi Skilled Technician
Job Description:
Ensure timely, safe execution and ongoing success for the delivery of renovation/ maintenance projects.
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property's facilities and equipment
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Repair, maintain and install work according to departmental procedures
Complete requests in timely, accurate, efficient and knowledgeable manner
Carry out all technical and safety instructions to conform to the facilitys policy and procedures
Ensure conformance / compliance of construction, renovation and maintenance related activities as per the regulatory requirements.
Coordinate building and maintenance activities within the division and with other divisions and departments;
Basic maintenance tasks as directed by team leader / supervisor when within the limits of their technical competence & responsibility to include working on basic carpentry, masonry and painting and decorating jobs.
Conform to all general and specific technical safety requirements
Ensure the healthy, safety and welfare of self and others at work

Education/Qualification
High school diploma
Experience (experience required for the job)
Minimum 2 years of experience with facilities management or similar environment
Can read interpret and describe the functionality of civil works drawings (schematic & layout drawing)
