Job Description:
We are seeking a Sustainability Consultant / Senior Sustainability Consultant (Energy) to join our team. The role involves conducting energy audits, supporting ESCO projects, developing and executing Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans, and providing energy management services across commercial, industrial, and FM contracts. Responsibilities also include project planning, implementation, client engagement, reporting, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy audits and prepare technical reports with cost-benefit analysis

• Support ESCO project planning, implementation, commissioning, and performance testing

• Develop and execute M&V plans as per IPMVP standards

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for energy-efficient solutions

• Provide energy management support for FM contracts, including site visits and reporting

• Assist in research, compliance with energy standards, and business development

• (Senior Consultant) Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and perform advanced financial modeling

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Energy Management certification mandatory (CEM / CMVP / CEA)

• ISO 50001 knowledge preferred

• 3–7 years of experience (Consultant) | 10+ years (Senior Consultant)

• Strong knowledge of energy management, sustainability, and FM operations
