HR Intern

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.

  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and applicant records.

  • Assist in resume screening and preliminary interviews when required.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

  • Support employer branding efforts through digital channels and content creation.

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination.

  • Help in maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Prior internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.

  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
