  • To ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and recognized - maintains eye contact and follows etiquette in accordance with hotel service standards.
  • Handle all guest requests promptly, taking personal responsibility to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Set an example for all Guest Service Agents with regards to punctuality, grooming, courtesy, attitude, teamwork, guest relations and following of policies & procedures.
  • Lobby presence is always covered, and guests are directed/escorted with the assistance of bell team towards their apartments.
  • Seek feedback and comments from guests to identify areas for further improvement as well as highlights positive feedback to the management.
  • Display high product knowledge of all services and facilities of Expo Village including operational timings of all recreational facilities.
  • Report to duty on time and follow uniform and grooming standards set by the department.
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels, understanding the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
  • Ensure privacy and protection of personal data of all guests according to safety and security standards set by the organization.
  • Assist Guest Service Agents in their daily work and to handle with any challenges or guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Act as a liaison between Guest Service Agents and Manager on Duty, offering feedback and communicating both ways.
  • Monitor performance of Guest Service Agents and provide feedback & coaching to ensure they are maintaining defined Front Desk standards.
