About the job HRMS Specialist
Managing HRMS system, data encoding, record update for all company employees. Including New joiners and leavers.
Communicating with the system vendor; responsible for HRMS customization for any unlikely/likely system errors.
Managing the Attendance Management system.
Being responsible for all staff Check in Check out as per their given schedules.
Reporting and resolving issues arising from the system of all types.
Responsible for companywide software and hardware installation and setup of Biometric Time and
Attendance and support of same.
Ensure monthly Reports to Finance and Accounting team go out on time.
Sending attendance report to the concerned payroll personnel of the company in timely manner as per the cut off date each month.
On required basis Liaise with our vendor for staff mobile app customization if required, error fixing and/or regular checks etc in case the Application reports any bugs or errors.
Responsible for smooth system transition and coordinate within the organization so that all are on same page. - Ensure system is fully utilized and engaged to its full potential.
Identify areas of opportunity to improve the existing system processes, functionality and work flow and maximize technological capabilities.
Attend and assist in day to day support of system related concerns and queries, Send monthly reports to Finance and other internal stake holders.
