Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth across the UAE by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing dealswhile ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in facilities management.

  • Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to achieve sales objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Register on relevant industry portals to increase company visibility and generate quality leads.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure business deals.

  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into successful sales.

  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and estimations tailored to client requirements.

  • Maintain and update CRM and Bid Register with 100% accuracy.

  • Prepare and share sales reports as per business requirements.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Support renewals of existing client contracts.

Objectives

  • Increase Farneks market share across Dubai and the UAE.

  • Generate leads independently and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Achieve new client meeting targets and convert them into contracts.

  • Maintain high-quality client service and support business retention.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably within facilities management or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and exit processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy.
