Sales Executive

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of Facilities Management (FM) services across the UAE. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing sales opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships. The incumbent will actively contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for Facilities Management services.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and requirement assessments independently.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimations, technical solutions, and commercial proposals.
  • Develop customized service solutions based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage and develop assigned accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and sales discussions with clients.
  • Register on procurement portals and identify suitable tender opportunities.
  • Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and business opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and Bid Registers.
  • Utilize AI tools and digital platforms for market research, reporting, proposal preparation, and sales support activities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of proposals and service solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Facilities Management, Property Services, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their application in sales and business development activities.
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of Facilities Management services and industry best practices.
