Job Purpose:
Support the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating airport and large facility cleaning operations, ensuring service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Project Manager in daily operational planning and execution.

2. Supervise teams and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

3. Monitor resource utilization, attendance, and performance of staff.

4. Prepare operational reports and escalate issues to management as required.

5. Support in implementing process improvements and training programs.

6. Liaise with clients for routine communication and minor escalations.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience in airport operations, facility management, or large-scale cleaning services.

• Knowledge of FM operations and quality compliance standards.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges.

Qualification (Both Positions):

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work in shifts as per airport/large facility operations schedule.

• Familiarity with FM software and reporting tools is an advantage.
