Soft Service Manager

 Job Description:

Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations for airport and large facility cleaning services, ensuring adherence to contractual, quality, and safety standards. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise daily operations of airport and large facility cleaning projects.
  2. Ensure compliance with client contracts, SOPs, and quality standards.
  3. Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.
  4. Monitor KPIs, service levels, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
  5. Handle client escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth operations.
  7. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in airport operations, facility management, or large-scale cleaning services.
  • Strong knowledge of FM operations, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
