Soft Service Manager
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations for airport and large facility cleaning services, ensuring adherence to contractual, quality, and safety standards. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of airport and large facility cleaning projects.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 8 years experience in airport operations, facility management, or large-scale cleaning services.
- Strong knowledge of FM operations, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
