Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled VRF Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission VRF systems according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on VRF systems, including diagnosing faults.

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and VRF systems.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other technicians.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in VRF, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.

• Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit boards, and control panels.

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in HVAC installation and maintenance.

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Education:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Certifications:

• HVAC or refrigeration certification is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in shifts and at different project sites.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards (OSHA or equivalent).
