Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a hard FM / MED (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) background to manage and oversee home maintenance operations. The role focuses on planning, executing, and monitoring technical maintenance services, supervising teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hard FM services including MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and civil maintenance.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Lead and supervise technical teams, including technicians, engineers, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with clients for service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

• Optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and manage service budgets.

• Monitor inventory and procurement of tools, spare parts, and consumables for maintenance operations.

• Prepare reports on operational performance, service metrics, and team productivity.

• Implement training and development programs to upskill technical teams.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5-10 years experience in hard FM / home maintenance operations.

• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.

• Proven experience in team leadership and operations management.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and FM best practices.
