We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient care team in Minden, Louisiana. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide individualized physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting.
  • Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation using a streamlined EMR system.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and at-home care.
  • Participate in clinical development programs and mentorship opportunities.

Work Details:

  • Full-time schedule during standard outpatient clinic hours.
  • Manage an average caseload of 11 patients per day.
  • Expect timely communication and hiring decisions within 1-2 weeks of the interview.

What Were Looking For:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's degree with relevant experience will be considered.
  • 2-4 years of outpatient experience is ideal, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must hold (or be eligible for) an active Louisiana PT license or compact license.
  • Candidates from inpatient settings may be considered if transitioning to outpatient care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered therapy.
  • Clean licensure history; all candidates will undergo a background check.
