A well-established southeastern law firm with a national presence is seeking a skilled Transactional Lawyer to join its Financial Services practice. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 8 years of experience handling syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. This role requires strong academic performance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Hybrid work model available (typically 3 days in-office).
Key Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (preferred)
- Law school ranking: Top 30, with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Law firm experience: Prior work at a Top 200 AM Law firm
- Transactional experience: 38 years handling financial services transactions
