Account Associates

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our team in Malaysia and Singapore. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, be fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payments.
• Monitor and follow up on receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses against budget.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or a related role.
• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in relevant accounting software.
