Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on SMEs and fast-growing startups, to deliver high-quality payroll services.
  • Prepare accurate monthly payroll calculations and administer Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions for clients.
  • Utilize cloud-based HR software to efficiently manage clients' HR and staff records.
  • Prepare and submit Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department (IRD) related forms accurately and on time.
  • Handle the processing of salary payments and disbursements with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks for clients, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with relevant accounting principles.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions to meet their payroll and HR requirements.

Requirements

  • A degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Hong Kong payroll processing, including familiarity with the HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, and relevant taxation legislation.
  • Proficiency in using cloud-based HR/Payroll software.
  • Knowledge in areas of accounting and bookkeeping are highly regarded.
  • Experience in handling payroll for Singapore and Malaysia is well regarded, highlighting a preference for candidates familiar with regional payroll practices.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for interacting with people and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, to cater to a diverse client base.
