We are a dynamic and fast-growing corporate services firm, currently undergoing a significant phase of expansion. To support our growth and enhance our services in Hong Kong, we are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a Clerk.

As a crucial member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, from managing internal and external mail and courier services to assisting with accounting duties such as report preparation and expense management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process internal and external mail and courier services for documents and parcels as needed.
  • Assist in accounting and payroll tasks including report preparation, data entry, managing payments and expenses, and filing.
  • Oversee office inventory, including the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Support the team by performing various administrative tasks.
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned.


  • DSE (Diploma of Secondary Education) or higher.
  • Previous relevant work experience is advantageous; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • A proactive learner, capable of handling outdoor tasks and working efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Preferred proficiency in PC operations including MS Office/Google Suite/Cloud Drive (Word& Excel).
  • Good command of both Cantonese and English languages.
  • Candidates who are available to start immediately will be preferred.
