About the job Administrative Clerk | HK Office

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Clerk to support our Hong Kong office.

This role covers company secretarial admin tasks, basic accounting, payroll support, and IRD filings. It is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a professional firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Forms Submission & Filing

  • Assist service teams, including Company Secretary, Audit, and Payroll, in printing, completing, and submitting statutory forms to the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department
  • Scan, organize, and file all submitted forms, then notify the relevant teams

Cheque Payments

  • Process and arrange cheque payments for Business Registration renewals, MPF contributions, and other expenses

Mail Management

  • Receive, scan, and distribute client correspondence
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all inbound and outbound mail

Data Entry & Document Management

  • Data entry and scanning of expense receipts
  • Perform additional data entry tasks as assigned

General Support

  • Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to various departments as needed
  • Help maintain office supplies and assist with basic office upkeep

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of administrative work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Sheets, and cloud tools
  • Familiarity with document filing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Able to read and write English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Prior administrative or corporate services experience is a plus
